5/5! The freshest sushi in Pullman—their Tuna and Salmon Nigiri are absolute standouts. The fish melts in your mouth, and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. Shiki Sushi and Hibachi is my new go-to for authentic Japanese cuisine!
Cannot recommend this spot enough! The hibachi show was so fun—chefs are skilled and kept us laughing while grilling up delicious eats. The Salmon Sashimi is incredibly fresh, and the Nigiri Platter is perfect for sharing. Great atmosphere, quick service, and unbeatable quality at 100 E Main St. A must-visit!
One of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve had! The Ebi and Hamachi Nigiri are expertly crafted, highlighting the natural flavors of premium seafood. We loved the cozy, modern setting and how the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and fantastic service—10/10 will return!
